Beach Crib Information:

Arrival & Parking:

• The condo is located in the South Beach Tower (Unit 1620), which is closest to the beach and furthest from the road.

• Liz will notify Grand Dunes and the Guard House about your arrival date, departure, and the number of vehicles.

• There are two areas to park: general outdoor parking and the parking garage.

• There are two separate garage level parking floors and entrances: P1 & P2

• Owners/family use a blue parking pass and may park inside the garage or outside. 

• Guests receive a green pass and utilize outside parking only, except for check-in.  

• At check-in, guests may pull into the garage (use key FOB or main code) to unload near the 20/30 stack elevators.   

• During the off-season, guests may be granted access to garage parking.

• If you are staying during one of the major summer holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, or July 4th), you can expect crowded beaches, parking, roads, and restaurants.  

• If parking becomes difficult, the General Manager can assist with alternative options to park (such as overflow parking across the street or at Winn-Dixie).

Arrival Checklist:

• Inspect the condo upon arrival and report any issues to Liz. 

• Replace or notify Liz if anything runs out or breaks.

• Ensure you keep up with your Key Fob and hard-copy keys.

Condo Rules:

• NO SMOKING OR VAPING

• NO PETS

• Guests have access to Beach Tower, tennis & Pickleball courts, Beach Tower, pool and communal pool, Beach Tower workout room, owner’s lounge, and conference room

Condo Sleeping Arrangements:

• The condo includes four bedrooms 3 King beds, 1 Bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk and twin top bunk

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

Beach and Pool Rules:

• NO glass is allowed on the beach, pool, tennis court, workout room, or common areas. Violations may result in a $100 fine.

• NO smoking and NO pets are allowed.

Beach Equipment Storage:

• All beach materials (chairs, toys, etc.) must be stored in the storage closet on the 16th floor, near Unit 1640.

• From Unit 1620’s private foyer, exit to the left, walk outside, and head toward Unit 1640.

• The storage closet is a thin tan door located on the left wall.

• Please do not bring beach equipment into the condo

Beach Setup:

• 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are reserved under the McKernan name.

• To have the beach chairs and umbrellas placed out, please contact Miramar Beach Service (850-685-0102) by 6:30 pm the day before you want them placed out.  

• If you need extra chairs and umbrellas, you can request them
Pricing: $20/day for each additional chair; $25/day for each additional umbrella

• Venmo and credit cards are accepted for payment. (Venmo: @MiramarBeachService)

Bikes:

• Two white Fairmount bikes are available for use and are located in the P1 parking lot.

• Please return the bikes to the designated area after use and lock them back up securely.

• Bike chain lock code: 8888

Deliveries:

• If you are having groceries or food delivered, please inform the guard at the gate of any deliveries being made.

• The delivery driver will bring the delivery to the front door, so you need to coordinate meeting the driver.

Departure Checklist:

• Take out the trash.

• Strip the bed linens and leave them on the bed.

• Place used towels in the laundry room.

• Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.

• Remove perishable food from the refrigerator.

• Ensure you have the Key Fobs and Hard copy keys to return to Liz.

• Turn off the lights and set the A/C to 74.

• Leave $300 cash or check made out to Ana Sliva for cleaning.
